2. Products & Availability
- All products are subject to availability.
- Product images are for illustrative purposes only. Actual packaging, color, or label design may vary slightly.
- Prices and offers are subject to change without prior notice.
- We reserve the right to limit or cancel quantities per order if needed.
3. Orders & Order Confirmation
- All orders placed through our website, Facebook, WhatsApp, or phone are subject to acceptance by Organic Ghor BD.
- We may contact you via phone/WhatsApp for order verification, address confirmation, or additional details.
- We reserve the right to refuse, modify, or cancel any order at our sole discretion in cases of:
- Suspected fraud
- Incorrect pricing or product description errors
- Out-of-stock items
- Invalid delivery address
- Violation of these terms
4. Pricing & Payment
- All prices are shown in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
- Payment methods include Cash on Delivery (COD), bKash, and any other methods we may introduce.
- Full payment is required at the time of delivery for COD orders.
- Online payments must be completed before dispatch.
- We are not responsible for any additional charges applied by banks or mobile financial services.
5. Delivery & Shipping
- We deliver across Bangladesh via Pathao Courier and other reliable courier partners.
- Delivery timelines are estimates only (usually 2–7 working days depending on location). Actual delivery may be delayed due to weather, holidays, traffic, or high demand.
- You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address with correct phone number.
- Additional delivery charges may apply for remote areas or express delivery.
- Once the product is handed over to the courier, we are not liable for any delay or damage caused by the courier service.
6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations
- You may request order cancellation within 24 hours of placing the order.
- We accept returns only in cases of wrong product delivered or damaged/defective product (must be reported within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and evidence).
- Refunds (if approved) will be processed via bKash within 7–10 working days.
- Opened or used products are generally non-returnable due to hygiene reasons.
- Delivery charges are non-refundable.
7. User Conduct & Responsibilities
You agree not to:
- Use our platform for any unlawful purpose.
- Submit false, inaccurate, or misleading information.
- Attempt unauthorized access to our systems.
- Engage in fraudulent activities, spam, or abuse of our customer support.
- Resell our products without prior written permission.

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

অর্গানিক ঘর বিডিতে স্বাগতম! আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট, ফেসবুক, হোয়াটসঅ্যাপ বা ফোনের মাধ্যমে অর্ডার করলে আপনি এই টার্মস মেনে চলতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন।
১. আমাদের সম্পর্কে
আমরা ২০২৩ সাল থেকে ১০০% প্রাকৃতিক ও অর্গানিক চুলের যত্নের পণ্য (হেয়ার অয়েল, শ্যাম্পু, হেয়ার প্যাক ইত্যাদি) বিক্রি করি।
২. পণ্য ও মূল্য
- পণ্যের ছবি শুধুমাত্র রেফারেন্সের জন্য। আসল প্যাকেজিং সামান্য ভিন্ন হতে পারে।
- মূল্য যেকোনো সময় পরিবর্তন হতে পারে।
৩. অর্ডার
- অর্ডার কনফার্ম হওয়ার পর আমরা ভেরিফিকেশনের জন্য যোগাযোগ করতে পারি।
- প্রতারণা, স্টক সমস্যা বা ভুল তথ্যের ক্ষেত্রে অর্ডার বাতিল করার অধিকার আমাদের রয়েছে।
৪. ডেলিভারি
- ডেলিভারি সময় অনুমানমাত্র (সাধারণত ২-৭ কার্যদিবস)।
- ঠিকানা সঠিক না হলে দায়িত্ব আপনার।
- ডেলিভারির পর কুরিয়ারের দায়িত্বে কোনো বিলম্ব হলে আমরা দায়ী নই।
৫. রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড
- শুধুমাত্র ভুল পণ্য বা ড্যামেজড পণ্যের ক্ষেত্রে রিটার্ন গ্রহণযোগ্য (৪৮ ঘণ্টার মধ্যে জানাতে হবে)।
- খোলা বা ব্যবহৃত পণ্য সাধারণত ফেরত নেওয়া হয় না।
৬. দায়বদ্ধতার সীমা
আমরা কোনো পরোক্ষ ক্ষতির জন্য দায়ী নই। সর্বোচ্চ দায়িত্ব অর্ডারের মূল্যের মধ্যে সীমাবদ্ধ।
